BILLIE Piper stunned fans on Instagram by unveiling her look-a-like sister to her followers.
The 34-year-old actress and singer is one of four after growing up in Swindon – but some fans had no idea she had a sister, nor just how far the family resemblance would run.
Billie took to the photo sharing app to highlight her younger sister Elle Piper’s clothing brand.
The star shared a snap of her 24-year-old sister wearing a grey two piece outfit.

“Sister's can be a pain in the hole but my god they're impressive .... check out this little hustler @pippy.piper @pipers.clothing,” Billie wrote alongside the photo.
“If you like to feel casual and "FIT" This is your brand. And if you like dressing your sons in leggings -there's a kids line to follow. #yessiter,” she added.
As well as being impressed by the designs, fans were left shocked by the likeness between the sisters.
“Omg ur like twins,” one stunned fan wrote in the comments section of Billie’s Instagram post.
Another completely gobsmacked fan had their head left in a spin, writing: “You look so alike I actually got confused if she your sister or not. Still don't really understand tho.”
Others wrote: “Oh my god she looks identical to youuu!!!!” and “you guys look SO MUCH ALIKE OMG”.
Billie also has another younger sister called Harley, 26, and a 28-year-old brother named Charlie.
Speaking about her family back in 2009 when she starred in Secret Diary of a Call Girl, Billie explained that her brother and sisters were “embarrassed” by her racy show (which was about her being an escort).
"My siblings ignore anything I do. They find it embarrassing and I get that... they don't want my success to become the topic of conversation,” she told The Sun at the time.
“They just take everything down in the house with me on when their mates come round. They just ignore that we are related," she added.
"I don't blame them. My dad doesn't watch it that would be a bit weird. But my mum finds it hilarious!" she said.
