Lindsay Wagner began her career as a model before making her television debut as a hostess on the hit program ‘Playboy After Dark.’ She was featured on the ‘ABC’ network’s game program ‘The Dating Game’ in 1969. In 1971, she obtained a deal with ‘Universal Studios’ and began working on numerous ‘Universal’ projects. In the same year, she made her acting debut as Jenny Carson in an episode titled ‘Million Dollar Buff’ of the NBC network’s police procedural drama series ‘Adam-12.’ Lindsay appeared in 58 episodes of ‘The Bionic Woman’ between 1976 and 1978.
Wagner’s reputation grew when she portrayed Jaime Sommers, which led to the possibility to play significant parts in TV movies.
